Associate Attorney — Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Growth Opportunity in Boutique PA Firm Brandywine Estate and Elder Law — West Chester, PA (satellite office in Lancaster, PA) Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm focused on estate planning, probate/estate administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge The Role Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week, split between our West Chester and Lancaster offices Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $85,000-$95,000, plus an annual productivity-based bonus Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
