AV-rated north bay firm Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP seeks Associate Attorney to join our trust and estate practice.Key Responsibilities:
Estate Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.Tax Planning:
Provide advice on tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer, including gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.Trust Administration:
Advise beneficiaries and trustees on the administration of trusts, including preparing trust accountings, ensuring compliance with trust terms, managing trust assets, and related income and transfer tax issues.Probate:
Guide clients through the probate process, including filing necessary documents with the court, managing estate assets, and distributing assets to beneficiaries.Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing legal advice and support tailored to their specific needs.Qualifications:
