Job Description

Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Northeast is currently accepting applications for our regional Professional Development & Licensing Initiative. Designed to expand local market operations, this program offers full tuition sponsorship for required accredited Ohio real estate pre-licensing coursework to selected candidates. Participants gain structured entry into the real estate industry, combining formal academic preparation with practical peer mentorship, enterprise technology tools, and strategic market orientation. What You Will Do Complete accredited Ohio real estate pre-licensing coursework within an agreed-upon timeframe. Collaborate with senior advisory professionals to learn property valuation, market analysis, and contract administration. Develop localized networking, outreach, and client relationship management strategies. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent credential. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated willingness and commitment to actively pursue an Ohio Real Estate License through our sponsored curriculum. Self-motivated mindset with strong time-management skills. No prior real estate experience or active license required; candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, sales, administration, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Position Details & Compensation Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Remote (Office hub located in Mentor, OH).
Schedule:
Flexible, self-managed schedule.
Employment Type:
Independent Contractor (1099).
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based. Earning potential is uncapped and directly correlated with individual sales volume once licensed. Real estate sales associates operate as Independent Contractors (1099 classification) and are compensated strictly via a 100% commission-based structure without a fixed base salary. Educational funding covers tuition for accredited pre-licensing coursework upon acceptance into the professional sponsorship program.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
