® (GAR) forms and real estate contracts Knowledgeable and familiar with Georgia real estate laws, rules, and regulations Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with agents and leadership Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused approach Proven self-starter who can work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision Primary Responsibilities Review real estate contracts, amendments, exhibits, leases, closing statements, and other transaction-related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Identify missing documentation, signatures, dates, or other potential compliance issues Assist agents with questions regarding GAR forms, contracts, and transaction documentation Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Spanish-speaking agents Help ensure agents and transaction files remain compliant with Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements, Georgia real estate law, and company policies Communicate with agents regarding corrections or additional documentation needed for transaction files Work collaboratively with brokers, staff, and agents to maintain high compliance standards throughout the company Compensation Compensation will be hourly and based on experience, qualifications, and level of real estate compliance knowledge .
