Responsibilities Assist brokers with real estate transactions from offer negotiation to deal closing, ensuring smooth processes and client satisfaction Support marketing efforts by creating compelling property listings, social media content, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers and sellers Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, property values, and local market conditions Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining property files, and coordinating documentation in compliance with Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations Facilitate effective communication between clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely updates Utilize sales technology tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and optimize sales strategies Assist in managing real estate teams by coordinating meetings, tracking performance metrics, and supporting team growth initiatives Experience Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or practicing real estate with familiarity in property management and deal negotiations Strong negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate offers that benefit clients while adhering to industry standards Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical practices within the industry Demonstrated ability to adopt sales technology platforms for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases effectively Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport with clients and team members alike This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive environment that values professionalism, innovation, and dedication.
