We're growing our team and looking for driven agents who want to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. About the Role We're seeking bilingual Mandarin/English Commercial Real Estate Agents to help clients buy, sell, and lease office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. You'll serve a growing base of Mandarin-speaking clients alongside our broader client base. This is a hybrid role combining field work, client meetings, and office time. What You'll Do Represent clients in commercial sales and leasing transactions from first meeting through closing Prospect and build your own book of business with owners, investors, and tenants Prepare market analyses and property valuations Market listings through digital platforms, CRM tools, and direct outreach Negotiate offers and leases to secure strong terms for clients What We're Looking For Fluent in Mandarin and English Active California DRE real estate salesperson license Commercial experience preferred; experienced residential agents ready to move into commercial are welcome Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office Compensation Commission only. No base salary.

Commission split:
