Job Description

Real estate or mortgage experience required. High volume. Fast paced. Not a role you can learn on the job. You've probably already heard of us. Our brand is seen and heard by just about everyone, and the demand it creates is relentless. That demand hits operations first. Which is why we need someone who thrives in the middle of it. Not the loudest voice in the room. Not the one chasing credit. The one quietly making everything work. The quarterback. Who this is for You've worked inside a real estate brokerage, team, mortgage company, or title office at real volume. You've had 40, 60, 80, 100+ files moving at the same time and you didn't flinch. You liked it. You are air traffic control. Sellers, buyers, agents, title, lenders, internal team. You're in constant communication with all of them, keeping everyone on the same page, keeping the deal moving forward. You have a massive social battery. You can be on the phone, on Slack, on email, in the file, and in a hallway conversation, and you still have energy left at 4pm. That's not something you learned. That's how you're built. You are a problem solver. Title work goes sideways. A document is missing. A seller goes quiet. A deadline gets tight. Your brain doesn't freeze. It goes straight to solutions. You've seen most of these problems before and you know exactly who to call and what to say. You get a thrill out of organizing massive amounts of coordination. When everything is moving at once and you're the one holding it together, that's when you feel most alive. You are a leader. Not by title. By presence. When you're on a call, people relax. When you're driving a transaction, everyone knows their job. You are confident you can deliver 5 star service at scale. Not one great experience. Fifty at a time. You know how to make every single family feel like they are your only client, and you have the reviews to show for it. And you're ready to jump in. Day one. You don't need to be taught what an addendum is or why a title company is asking for a payoff. You've lived it. This is not just transactions Behind every file is a family. Someone downsizing after the kids left. Someone starting over after a divorce. Someone settling an estate. Someone chasing a fresh start in a new city. They are trusting us with one of the biggest moments of their lives. Your job is to make sure that trust is honored on every single deal. What you'll do Own the transaction experience for our sellers. From the moment a property goes under contract until the day it closes, you are the central point of communication and the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate timelines. Communicate with sellers. Work with title companies, internal teams, and partners. Track documents, personal information, and deadlines. Solve problems before they become problems. Get every party on the same page and keep them there. Some days will move fast. Some deals will require extra care. Some sellers will be going through stressful or emotional situations. Your organization, communication, and empathy will make the difference for every one of them. You make the seller feel confident every step of the way. And you make sure the deal crosses the finish line. Our

We lead with understanding for our clients, our colleagues, and our community. T enacity. We don't stop. We don't quit. We find a way. S taying Positive. The environment we create is a choice we make every day. G enerosity. We give our time, our knowledge, and our energy without keeping score. O wning It. We take radical responsibility. No excuses. No deflection. Just results. The environment, honestly This is fast. Really fast. There is constant pressure and there is no version of this role where things slow down. If you love structured days where nothing changes, this won't be the right fit. If you get energy from momentum, from having a lot of moving pieces and bringing them all together, you'll feel right at home here. Who this is not for Anyone who wants a quiet administrative role behind a spreadsheet. Anyone who gets overwhelmed by moving pieces. Anyone whose real estate experience is theoretical instead of operational. Anyone who needs a slower environment to do their best work. What you get A business where the deals keep coming so you get to focus on execution, not lead generation. A brand that opens doors before you walk in the room. A team of high performers who want you to win because everything downstream depends on you. And a role where the work you do genuinely matters to the families on the other end of every file. . Tell me the highest number of transactions you've ever coordinated at once, the ugliest title problem you've untangled, and what makes you the person everyone in the office runs toward when things get chaotic. Skip the resume language. I want the specifics. -
