The Leonhardt Team is a Coldwell Banker Realty group working Blaine, Coon Rapids, Ham Lake and the north metro out of our Forest Lake office. We sell about 200 homes a year and closed $85 million in volume in 2025. We are hiring agents who are newly licensed, in licensing school right now, or seriously considering the license. You do not need real estate experience. You need to be willing to be trained.

COMPENSATION

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You are paid commission on closed transactions. There is no base salary and no hourly wage. Among our full-time agents who were with the team for all of 2025, actual commission income ranged from $49,950 to $182,613, with an average of $109,567. Agents new to real estate should expect a ramp-up period before their first closing; on our team that has typically taken about 80 days. These are historical results for specific individuals, not a guarantee or a projection, and individual earnings depend on experience, effort, hours worked and market conditions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• An active Minnesota or Wisconsin real estate license, or willingness to complete licensing within 90 days of starting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability for evening and weekend showings and appointments
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with people you have not met
• Coachable and willing to follow a training program
