Founding Broker / Broker of Record @ Haccretion - Thannhauser Estates About Haccretion Haccretion is building the next generation of real estate—a brokerage, marketplace, and social ecosystem designed to modernize how properties are discovered, marketed, and transacted. We believe the future of real estate extends beyond listings. It is about building communities, creating opportunities, and empowering ambitious professionals to grow their businesses without the constraints of traditional brokerage models. We are seeking a Founding Broker who wants to build a national company from the ground up—not simply manage transactions. Position Founding Broker / Broker of Record, Executive Leadership-Founding Team This is not a traditional Broker of Record position. You will become one of the first executive leaders responsible for launching Haccretion as a licensed brokerage while helping shape the future of the company. As a founding member, you will have the opportunity to influence company strategy, recruit agents, establish brokerage operations, and help define the culture of one of the industry's newest brands. Responsibilities Serve as Haccretion's Broker of Record. Ensure compliance with all applicable state real estate laws and regulations. Develop brokerage policies, procedures, and operational standards. Review and oversee transactions. Recruit and mentor high-performing real estate agents. Help build Haccretion's brokerage model and long-term growth strategy. Work alongside the founder to expand into additional markets. Represent Haccretion within the real estate community and at industry events. Assist in developing innovative brokerage systems and technology integrations. What We're Looking For Active Broker's License in at least one U.S. state. Experience supervising licensed real estate agents. Strong understanding of brokerage compliance and risk management. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up. Leadership, recruiting, and mentoring experience. Passion for innovation within residential real estate.
