As an Investment Real Estate Agent , you'll work directly with property owners, real estate agents, and investors to help source and facilitate off-market investment opportunities. Whether you're an experienced investor-focused agent or looking to break into the investment side of real estate, we'll provide the training, systems, and support to help you build a successful career. What You'll Do Build relationships with investors, and real estate professionals. Negotiate off-market investment opportunities. Analyze properties and determine investment potential. Present opportunities to our network of qualified investors. Manage transactions from initial lead through closing. Utilize our CRM, marketing systems, and proprietary tools to generate and manage leads. Work closely with an experienced team dedicated to helping you succeed. What We Offer Unlimited Income Potential This is a commission-based opportunity with no income ceiling. First-year team members commonly earn $65,000+ , while top performers have the potential to exceed $125,000 during their first year. Qualifications Active Indiana Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Experience using CRM software and basic technology tools is a plus.
