Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a local, licensed real estate agent looking to collaborate with a team and as a result grow their own business. We are a top producing real estate team based out of Hingham, MA with a focus on the South Shore, but not limited to working in neighboring towns/areas. Given the growth of our clientele and this ever-changing market, we are enthusiastic about expanding our team in order to help us meet demand. Why should you join The Eisnor Team? Compensation:
Commission based position with hourly paid opportunities (i.e. assist with home inspections, walk-throughs, showing coverage, etc.) Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and virtual tours. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations during all transactions. Manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate information is provided. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. Stay updated on industry changes and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. Qualifications Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Proficient writing skills (for emails, offer construction) Commitment to serving our primary neighborhoods of the South Shore and surrounding towns Customer service mindset with a positive attitude in customer and team communications Commitment to our team-based approach and to supporting all members of our team Open to constructive feedback and self-improvement Availability, must be available to work weekends (for showings and Open Houses, team support is available if needed) Previous experience in the real estate industry Possess a basic understanding of MLS, Google Drive, Zillow, etc. Ability to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities including quick response times (to clients and team members via phone, text, email). Superior time management skills and attention to detail
