Job Description

Overview Are you a go-getter who wants to hit the ground running in real estate? Most new agents spend their first year figuring it out alone while they wait for the phone to ring.
We do it differently:
you'll be in the room for real showings, real inspections, and real deals from week one, with a team behind you the whole way. If that sounds like the kind of hands-on start you've been looking for, keep reading. Country House Realty is a boutique brokerage serving the Catskills and Hudson Valley, and the #1 selling office in Sullivan County for four years running. We're adding a junior agent to our Catskills team in a role built to fast-track how you learn the business: you'll build your own book of business from day one, while earning steady income and hands-on training by supporting our team's live transactions. You bring exceptional customer service skills, know how and confidence to connect with clients. We'll help you sharpen the rest: sales, marketing, organization, and a real feel for buying and selling in our market. Coachable:
willing to follow our playbook while you find your footing What You Get Immediate cashflow through showing/task-based pay while your own book is still growing Real-deal training you can't get from a classroom: you'll be in the room for showings, inspections, and negotiations from week one Hands-on mentorship from experienced agents, applied directly to your own clients and deals A built-in support network: you're never figuring it out alone Flexible schedule that lets you balance building your own business with team support work
