Both list and sell residential real estate Negotiate contracts with both buyers and sellers Prepare comparative market analysis to help determine property value Keep your clients updated and informed on the process Practice/Prioritize Daily Script Practice and Role Play Conduct Daily Lead Generation for a minimum of 3 hours per day to include inside and outside lead sources Be available to host open houses Meet accountability standards and attend weekly consulting sessions Working with buyers - you must get energy from this activity and have passion for them no matter the life situation

Strong Costumer Service Skills Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills
