Job Description

This is a SALES position! The pay will be hourly plus commission for move ins. You have to be a self driver. In this energetic role, you will manage leasing processes, foster positive customer relationships, and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages residents to choose our properties for their lifestyle needs. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales, administrative, and property management skills while making a tangible impact in the community. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm, guiding them through property tours and leasing options. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, including data entry into property management systems. Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and credit assessments, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Prepare and review lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property maintenance requests using administrative tools. Handle inquiries via phone and email with excellent etiquette, providing exceptional customer service and upselling available units or amenities. Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate property maintenance, resolve conflicts, and ensure tenant satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in AppFolio, Monday.com, or similar property management software for data entry, reporting, and tenant tracking. Experience in legal administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts and understanding Fair Housing regulations. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with property management operations, including facilities management, property maintenance coordination, and office administration. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently through strong organizational skills, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships while upselling units or services. $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
