00 per year Daniels Property Group (DPG) is the real estate partner of Daniels Health, supporting the acquisition, development, construction, and management of healthcare and industrial facilities across North America. We're looking for a motivated Property Associate to support our growing real estate portfolio through lease administration, property acquisitions, due diligence, and day-to-day portfolio management. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you'll gain exposure to acquisitions, lease negotiations, development projects, and property operations while helping support Daniels' continued expansion across North America. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week on site at our Chicago, IL headquarters. What you will do Assist with commercial property acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing. Support lease administration, renewals, amendments, critical dates, and landlord communications. Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, environmental reports, surveys, appraisals, and title reviews. Maintain lease files, property records, and real estate databases. Assist with preparing financial analyses, market research, and site selection summaries. Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders throughout real estate transactions. Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management. Support special projects related to Daniels' expanding property portfolio. Travel occasionally to visit existing and prospective Daniels facilities. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, finance, construction, or a related industry. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
