Residential Real Estate Opportunity |Path to 12-24+ Closings Annually Work Directly with Alan Shafran North County San Diego | Full-Time Only The Opportunity If you are currently closing a few homes per year and know you're capable of more, this may be the right environment for you. We are selectively adding a couple full-time residential agents in North County who want: More consistency More structure More accountability Direct coaching A clear growth path This is not a brokerage where you're handed a logo and left alone. You will work directly with Alan Shafran inside a structured, performance-driven environment designed to help producers reach 12-24+ closings annually .
