Commission-based Compensation :

Flat per-event showing fee, typically $50-$100 depending on distance and assignment complexity, plus potential closing bonus when the client closes. Final compensation structure is subject to broker approval and written agreement. Yoder Real Estate is looking for a licensed Field Specialist / Showing Partner to support our buyer clients with property access, showings, open houses, walkthroughs, and field-level property feedback. This is not a traditional buyer agent role. You will not own the lead. You will not be responsible for the full client relationship. You will be a trusted field extension of the Yoder Real Estate client experience. The right person is reliable, responsive, professional, and comfortable helping clients in the field while following a clear system.

What You'll Do:

Show homes to qualified Yoder Real Estate clients Host select open houses Attend property access appointments when needed Provide clear showing feedback after every appointment Submit notes quickly and accurately Flag property concerns, buyer reactions, and potential negotiation issues Communicate professionally with clients and the internal team Represent Yoder Real Estate standards in the field

Requirements:

Compensation:
