Join the fastest growing Zillow Flex Team in Mid-Missouri Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? Smarter Move Real Estate Group-Ozark Realty is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team for Lake of the Ozarks, Boone County, Cole County and All of Mid-Missouri. New licensed agents that join the team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. Smarter Move Real Estate Group-Ozark Realty is partnered directly with Zillow which is the largest real estate marketplace in the world. Smarter Move Real Estate Group-Ozark Realty agents receive Zillow Flex Buyer and Seller leads directly from Zillow when they join our team along with many numerous other lead generation resources. There are only a few teams that are partnered directly with Zillow in Mid-Missouri. We are one of the select few. That means we represent a large majority of their visitors every time they buy or sell a property! We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and turn them into closings. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days of joining. Smarter Move Real Estate Group-Ozark Realty offers continued education bi-weekly to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. 2026 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless of if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to close 2-3 deals a month with the leads we are able to provide.
