Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity Prospect daily to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values Market properties using MLS, digital advertising, social media, open houses, and networking strategies Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business Collaborate with leadership, coaching resources, and fellow agents to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

Active real estate license in Montana Previous sales or client service experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast paced market Comfortable utilizing technology and modern business tools
