COMPENSATION

Independent contractor (1099). Commission on closed transactions. No base salary, no hourly wage. Among our full-time agents who were with the team for all of 2025, actual commission income ranged from $49,950 to $182,613, with an average of $109,567. These are historical results for specific individuals, not a guarantee or a projection, and individual earnings depend on experience, effort, hours worked and market conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Minnesota or Wisconsin real estate license
• A production history you are willing to walk through
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
