The opportunity We are hiring licensed Florida real estate agents in the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood, FL area to conduct rental property showings. This is a flexible 1099 independent-contractor role — a strong fit for agents who want extra income alongside their own business. How the $250 works — please read carefully You earn $250 for each rental showing you conduct that results in a signed lease. The $250 is earned when the lease is signed — not simply for showing up to the appointment. Showings that do not result in a signed lease do not earn the $250. Payment is issued after Sun Ocean Realty receives the related commission, per your signed independent-contractor agreement. What you'll do

• Meet prospective renters at scheduled rental properties across Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Dania Beach)
• Show available rental listings and provide a professional, friendly customer experience
• Receive showing assignments through our brokerage CRM, where you set your preferred showing areas and times — you are only contacted for showings when you are on duty and in your area
• Our office handles the backend: applications, paperwork, negotiations, and transaction coordination Your own business stays yours
• Keep 85% of your self-generated sales — the brokerage keeps 15% until a $12,000 annual company-dollar cap (reached at about $80,000 of self-generated sales commission); after that, 100% less a $399 transaction/compliance fee per closing
• Your own rentals: keep 100% of the brokerage-side rental commission less a $79.99 flat fee per closed rental, from day one
• Optional brokerage-provided sales leads are available on a separate default 60/40 agent/brokerage split Schedule and flexibility

• Accept showings only when you're on duty and in your area
