This position begins as a 90-day temporary role designed to ensure it's a strong fit for both the team and the candidate. Our goal is to create a long-term opportunity for the right person. This role combines transaction coordination, administrative support, and field-based activities that help keep listings, transactions, and client experiences running smoothly from start to finish. Position Summary The Licensed Real Estate Operations Coordinator serves as a key support role for the entire team. This position helps ensure transactions remain organized, deadlines are met, listings are properly maintained, and agents have the support they need to deliver exceptional service. The role works closely with the Team Leader, Office Assistant, and all team agents to help keep business operations running efficiently. Success in this role means anticipating needs, maintaining high attention to detail, communicating proactively, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Schedule Approximately 16 hours per week .

10:00 AM to 2:00 PM While these are the typical working hours, occasional flexibility may be needed to accommodate inspections, listing needs, client schedules, or other transaction-related responsibilities. Work Location & Expectations This is primarily an in-office position based out of our Tucson office. Team members are expected to begin and end their scheduled workday from the office unless otherwise directed by the Team Leader . While responsibilities regularly involve travel to properties throughout Tucson and surrounding communities, this is not a remote position. Compensation $17.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Transaction Coordination & Administrative Support Assist with transaction management from contract to close Maintain organized and compliant transaction files Coordinate document collection and signatures Monitor deadlines and critical dates Help ensure compliance with brokerage and Arizona real estate requirements Communicate with agents, clients, title companies, lenders, and vendors as needed Assist with listing documentation and transaction paperwork Support agents with administrative tasks related to active transactions Maintain accurate records and updates within company systems Field & Property Support Install and remove lockboxes Attend buyer inspections when needed Conduct periodic checks of vacant listings and provide updates Pick up and/or deliver documents, keys, signs, and marketing materials when necessary Provide support for listings and transactions throughout Tucson and surrounding communities Perform other transaction-related support duties as assigned Required Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Tucson and surrounding communities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills
