Responsibilities:

Prospect daily for new seller leads throughout Marco Island and surrounding areas Prepare and deliver listing presentations to secure new business Market properties across MLS, digital platforms, and social media channels Organize and host open houses and broker tours Negotiate offers to achieve strong outcomes for clients Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with sellers Leverage local market data to develop competitive pricing strategies
