Job Description

Launch your real estate career with training, leads, and daily accountability.
PROGRAM STARTS THIS SUMMER!
We don't open this program often. In fact, Ridgeline Real Estate only creates this kind of New Realtor Cohort every few years , when the timing is right and we have the systems, lead flow, and capacity to fully support a small group at a high level. This is one of those windows. If you're serious about building a real estate career the right way (with daily coaching, accountability, and company-provided inbound leads), we're opening 3 spots for our New Realtor Cohort starting this summer . If you're chosen, you'll get real access and real support. Real estate school helps you pass the test, but it does not teach you how to build a business. This program is designed to bridge that gap with structured daily coaching, real-world skill building, and the support you need to get traction.
WHAT YOU'LL GET INSIDE THE COHORT
Daily coaching + in-person support Daily availability & training required (2+ hours/day minimum, some days closer to 5. Morning and early afternoon availability required.) Company-provided inbound leads (paid for by the brokerage) Modern systems + AI tools to help you respond quickly and stay consistent Accountability, structure, and a high-energy culture that keeps you moving forward A proven local brokerage with a track record of helping agents build strong careers
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO EARN
This is a commission-based business and results depend on effort, consistency, and follow-through. That said, with this level of coaching, accountability, and lead support, past agents in this program have earned on average $60,000 in their first year and $129,000 in their second year.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for someone who is: Driven and ready to work Coachable and willing to take feedback Comfortable facing challenges and pushing through the learning curve Able to show up consistently, especially in the mornings Serious about building a commission-based career
IMPORTANT NOTES
This is a commission-based role / independent contractor position Seats are limited and competitive Scholarships are available for the right candidates to cover the 40-hour real estate salesperson course Want to learn more?
