Job Description

Part-Time Personal Assistant to Real Estate Broker (Growth Opportunity in Real Estate) Established real estate agent licensed in NY and NJ is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help manage the day-to-day of a growing business — and the day-to-day of a busy household. This is a part-time role with real earning potential, ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the real estate industry while building real-world skills.
Schedule:
4:00pm-7:00pm, at least 4 days per week. Some flexibility required — real estate isn't a 9-to-5 business, and there will be opportunities (and incentive) to work more hours when deals or deadlines call for it. Weekend availability for open houses is a plus.
Pay:
Hourly, plus commission on real estate tasks. If you help generate leads or contribute directly to closed business, you're compensated for it — the more you grow with the business, the more you can earn.
What You'll Be Doing:
School pick-up and transportation to after-school activities for one teenager (safe driver, reliable vehicle, punctual) Running errands to support both business and household needs Assisting with real estate business tasks — scheduling, client communication, marketing prep, listing coordination, and general admin support Assist with staging projects and photo shoots as needed Supporting content creation for real estate and YouTube channels —assisting with filming, scheduling posts, and helping keep content consistent Helping staff open houses on weekends Supporting day-to-day operations so things run smoothly on both fronts
What We're Looking For:
Willing to obtain a real estate license (or already licensed) — whether your goal is to work in a support/admin role long-term or grow into an agent yourself Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Comfortable with a background check, given the driving responsibilities involved Comfortable working around a young teen and juggling family logistics alongside business tasks Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, systems, and content platforms Discreet and trustworthy — you'll be working closely with both business and family life Flexible and self-motivated — willing to put in extra time when real estate demands it, and eager to take initiative to grow their role (and their income)
Why This Role:
This is a great opportunity to get mentorship and real exposure to the real estate business — from client relationships to marketing to content to transactions — while earning both an hourly rate and commission upside. Whether you're looking to build a long-term career on the support side or eventually become an agent yourself, there's room to grow here.
To Apply:
Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your interest in real estate and availability.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Professional development assistance
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Jersey City, NJ 07307
