What We Offer100% Commission on Self-Generated Business Keep 100% of your commission on self-generated closings. No traditional percentage split on your own business. Pre-Set Buyer & Seller Leads PRG provides agents with pre-set buyer and seller leads , giving you opportunities to spend more time meeting with potential clients and less time chasing cold prospects. Pre-set buyer and seller appointments are distributed to agents. Broker-provided leads are subject to a 50/50 commission split. The 50/50 split applies specifically to leads provided by PRG and does not apply to self-generated business. Additional coaching is provided to help agents convert broker-provided leads into clients and closings. Coaching & Development Our coaching is designed around where you are in your career. One-on-one coaching with the broker for experienced agents looking for strategic guidance. Peer coaching from top-producing agents for newer or developing agents.
