Job Summary We are seeking motivated, client-focused Real Estate Agents / Realtors to join our dynamic team. As a Realty 100 agent, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate while building strong, lasting relationships. This role offers independence, growth potential, and support from a team dedicated to your success. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market conditions, and trends. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively through various channels including social media and traditional advertising. Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Qualifications Active real estate license (state-specific) Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Solid understanding of real estate law and regulations is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
