Job Description
Licensed Real Estate Agent - Leads, Leases & Growth Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, licensed real estate agent to join a growing Orange County real estate business. This is an ideal opportunity for an agent who has some experience in the industry and is looking to grow their business while learning from a seasoned agent. The ideal candidate is hungry, coachable, professional, responsive, and excited to work with real opportunities including leases, buyer leads, and overflow business throughout Orange County. This role is perfect for someone who wants mentorship, structure, lead opportunities, and the ability to increase their production and income in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with residential lease transactions Respond to and follow up with inbound leads promptly Conduct property showings and open houses Support buyer clients throughout the transaction process Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects Build and nurture long-term client relationships Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes Coordinate with lenders, escrow, inspectors, and other vendors Represent the team professionally in all client interactions Qualifications Active California Real Estate License required Familiarity with the Orange County market Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed Ability to follow systems, processes, and coaching Positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior transaction experience - MINIMUM 3-5 deals already executed What We Offer lead opportunities Mentorship from an experienced top-producing agent Competitive commission split Growth potential within the business Collaborative and supportive environment Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with buyers, leases, and transactions Flexible schedule with autonomy Compensation Commission-based with competitive split structure based on experience and production.
