What You'll Be Doing:

Responsibilities:

Proactively follow up with leads to generate business Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the home buying/selling process Provide excellent consultation and service to your clients Learn the neighborhood, market, and inventory to position yourself as the expert Write clean and competitive offers for buyers

Qualifications:

Currently licensed or within reach of completing licensing Eagerness to learn and grow People-first mindset and professional communication skills Bilingual applicants are a plus

Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 annually
