Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Realtors is hiring Real Estate Agents. Are you fascinated by real estate? Would you be great at selling homes? We have developed a short real estate career assessment that will help you understand how your natural tendencies could help you or hurt you as a Real Estate Agent. Take a few minutes to evaluate your real estate potential. What does a job as a Real Estate Agent look like? As a Real Estate Agent, you will nurture client leads by calling, texting, and emailing. You will walk your clients through the home buying and/or home selling process. As a teacher, you will share your expertise and help your clients learn the important steps. You will meet with people regularly. As your own boss, you will take initiative and learn the technology necessary to manage your business as a Real Estate Agent. You must be good with people, invest in your community, and managing a process from start to completion. Your client's will depend on you. What are the job requirements? You will need to have or be willing to obtain a Michigan real estate license. You must be 18 years old, and you must be willing to receive Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Realtors Real Estate Agent training. No experience is required.
