Real Estate Sales Agent — Training, Coaching & Growth Support Although this is a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity. TREC licensed Real Estate Sales Associates sponsored by our Brokerage must be in our market area, which is in Houston and surrounding areas. The areas in our market also include Katy, Pearland, Tomball, Cypress, The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Kingwood, Porter, New Caney, Houston, Huntsville.•Century 21 Realty Partners is looking for motivated real estate agents who are ready to grow their businesses, strengthen their skills, and create new opportunities through consistent action. This opportunity is best suited for agents who want more than a place to hold their license. ® brand What You Will Do As a real estate sales agent, you will: Build and maintain a consistent prospecting and follow-up plan Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, and members of your community Conduct buyer and seller consultations Guide clients through real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity Prepare and negotiate contracts Communicate consistently with clients and transaction partners Participate in training, coaching, and business-development opportunities Use available technology, marketing tools, and company resources Maintain compliance with brokerage policies, advertising requirements, and real estate regulations Provide an extraordinary client experience from the first conversation through closing Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: Motivated to grow a sustainable real estate business Coachable and open to feedback Professional, dependable, and client-focused Committed to ongoing learning and skill development Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment Organized and able to manage multiple priorities A strong communicator who values integrity and transparency Qualifications Active Texas real estate sales agent or broker license, or currently completing licensing requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic computer and technology skills Ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and in person Willingness to attend training and participate in business-development activities Prior real estate sales experience is helpful but not required. Schedule Agents have the flexibility to manage their own businesses and schedules. Availability may be required during evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs, showings, open houses, and negotiations. Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on closed real estate transactions and the agent's individual business activity. We provide free comprehensive career training after you are licensed and sponsored by Century 21 Realty Partners.
