72 hrs) Complete within 120 days Reimbursement available after licensing Complimentary Edina University training 1-on-1 coaching at no cost 12-month commitment after licensing What You'll Do Help clients buy, sell, and lease properties Conduct showings, open houses, and market analysis Negotiate offers and contracts Market listings using digital and traditional strategies Build client relationships and maintain CRM records Stay up to date on market trends and regulations What We're Looking For Real estate license (preferred, not required) Sales or customer service experience (preferred) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and coachable Willing to travel within the Metro area Compensation Commission-based (no income cap) Typical earnings: $52K-$63K+ annually , based on production Location & Schedule Hybrid remote (Twin Cities Metro) Monday-Friday + weekends as needed Ready to Get Started?
