Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct market analysis to provide clients with insightful information. Coordinate property showings and open houses. Negotiate property transactions, ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry connections. Stay updated on real estate laws and trends.
Qualifications:
Valid real estate license (or willing to obtain one with our support). Proven track record in real estate, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
