Job Description
Real Estate Agent - Seeking New and Experienced Agents 3009 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918 Hybrid work Full-time Full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent/Realtor Wallace Real Estate is currently seeking motivated, career driven individuals to join our North Office. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as we provide extensive training to help agents establish and grow their real estate careers. Whether you are just thinking about starting a career in real estate, are already enrolled in your pre-licensing classes, or are affiliated with another firm and are seeking a collaborative culture where people are willing to share ideas, then apply today and start taking advantage of our leads, tools, and training! Qualifications:
- Possess (preferred) or be willing to obtain a real estate license in Tennessee
- Minimum of 1 year experience - Preferred
- Goal oriented and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish and grow relationships
- Driven by a sense of honesty and integrity
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and remain calm
- Maintain professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Willingness and ability to accommodate clients' schedules including evenings and weekends
