No problem. Don't have your real estate license yet? That's okay too! We help guide you through the process step by step, from understanding the requirements and completing your pre-licensing education to preparing for the exam and working toward earning your real estate license.

WHAT YOU'LL GET STARTED WITH

You'll have the opportunity to attend a FREE group information session, similar to a webinar, where you can learn more about becoming a real estate agent, what the licensing process involves, and what to expect from a career in real estate. If you decide to move forward with your licensing education, we offer the KSCORE Real Estate Program through Kaplan's online courses. The program is designed to help you build the knowledge and skills needed to pursue your real estate license.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You'll have the opportunity to meet one-on-one, in person. This meeting gives you the chance to learn more about what it's like to be a real estate agent at Keller Williams. Our leadership team will walk you through our office operations, culture, commission structure and splits, training and education opportunities, and the support and resources available to our agents.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a commission-based position, not a salaried position. Your income is based on the real estate transactions you successfully close. Agents may work part-time or full-time depending on their schedule and career goals. Your earning potential can vary based on factors such as the number and type of transactions you close, your business development efforts, market conditions, and the time you dedicate to building your real estate business.
