SC Real Estate Salesperson License Required Work Alongside an Established Real Estate Agent Without Starting From Scratch I'm looking for a motivated, personable real estate agent to work alongside our Lead Buyers Agent in an established real estate business. This is a little different from a traditional team position that you see out there in the real estate world. You won't just be handed a few leads and told to go figure it out. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with your mentor day to day, learn how we run the business, and take advantage of opportunities that are already being generated.

You could be:

Meeting with clients and building relationships Going on pre set showings Taking warm calls with interested buyers Following up with prospects Working new incoming leads Helping with active clients and transactions Going to appointments with an experienced pro who has closed hundreds of transactions Showing homes and writing offers Communicating with clients throughout the buying process Working alongside me throughout the day and learning the business firsthand You'll have access to both new opportunities and prospects that have already been nurtured. The idea is that you're able to spend your time actually working with people and doing real estate deals instead of spending months trying to figure out where your next client is coming from. Why this is different I'm not looking for someone to simply join a team. The business is already established. There are systems in place, leads coming in, clients being worked, and opportunities being generated. You'll be able to step into that instead of starting at zero. At the same time, you'll be working directly with myself and our lead buyers agent and seeing how we handle clients, negotiations, showings, offers, and the day to day side of the business. For the right person, there is a lot of room to grow. Who I'm looking for Energy and a desire to be successful are required. We can provide the skills coaching, the leads, the systems but you have to want to win.

You should be:

Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. We'll help you with your real estate conversations but if you don't like talking with people it will be a challenge.
