This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate experience who wants to work on sophisticated matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys and business teams. 📄 Corporate Real Estate Contracts Associate Attorney Partner with the corporate team on real estate-related contracts and business transactions Draft, review, and negotiate agreements Provide legal support on transactional matters involving business operations and real estate assets Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice groups

Qualifications:
