RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, draft, and manage transaction due diligence Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents in both finance and real estate matters Prepare loan documents including loan agreements and security instruments Review and analyze surveys and title commitments for acquisitions and lending transactions Coordinate and conduct transaction closings Review and prepare organizational and authorizing documents Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before transactions are executed Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in relevant areas of the law
QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
