Real Estate Buyer Agent Track Town RE Group Eugene, OR Job Details Contract $20,000 - $100,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Confidential information handling Fair Housing Act Research Real Estate License Driver's License Attention to detail Content management Full Job Description Buyer's Agent Job Description - Track Town Real Estate Group Position Overview TrackTown Real Estate Group is seeking a hungry, motivated, and people-focused Buyer's Agent who is ready to build a thriving real estate career as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. This is a full-time opportunity for an agent who understands that real estate does not operate on a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Buyers often need support during evenings, weekends, and other time-sensitive moments. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, dependable, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through closing—and beyond. At TrackTown Real Estate Group, we are rooted in Oregon, driven by people, and powered by purpose. Key Responsibilities Cultivate, follow up with, and convert buyer leads into loyal clients. Conduct buyer consultations to understand each client's goals, finances, timeline, and property needs. Educate buyers about the purchasing process, market conditions, financing considerations, and expectations. Schedule and conduct property showings, including evenings and weekends as client needs and market activity require. Research available properties and help buyers evaluate pricing, location, condition, resale potential, and overall value. Prepare competitive offers and represent buyers throughout negotiations. Guide clients through every stage of the purchase contract, ensuring that deadlines, contingencies, disclosures, and required documents are handled accurately and on time. Maintain consistent communication with buyers, listing agents, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, appraisers, and other transaction partners. Attend and support clients during home inspections, final walkthroughs, and other important appointments. Proactively identify potential challenges and work with the team and appropriate professionals to develop solutions. Host open houses for TrackTown Real Estate listings and use them as opportunities to generate and nurture prospective clients. Promptly follow up with open-house visitors, online inquiries, referrals, and other prospective buyers. Collaborate closely with TrackTown Real Estate Group's agents, leadership, administrative support, and transaction partners. Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, lead-generation activities, client events, and community initiatives. Maintain an active, professional social media presence and consistently market within TrackTown Real Estate Group and Keller Williams branding guidelines. Create and share relevant real estate content that strengthens the TrackTown brand, builds relationships, and generates new business. Availability and Work Expectations This position requires a full-time commitment and the flexibility to serve clients when real estate business happens. The successful candidate must be available and responsive during evenings, weekends, and time-sensitive transaction periods. While thoughtful scheduling and communication are encouraged, this role is not suited for someone seeking a traditional Monday-through-Friday schedule or treating real estate as a part-time pursuit. We are looking for an agent who is ready to lean into opportunities, respond with urgency, and consistently show up for clients and the team. Licensing and Compliance Requirements Hold an active Oregon real estate license in good standing or be able to obtain one before beginning client representation. Remain current with all required continuing education, license renewals, brokerage policies, forms, regulations, and professional standards. Conduct all business in accordance with Oregon real estate law, Fair Housing requirements, agency duties, ethical standards, and Keller Williams and TrackTown Real Estate Group policies. Complete all required contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents accurately and within required deadlines. Protect confidential client information and maintain the highest standards of honesty, professionalism, and fiduciary responsibility. Promptly communicate any compliance questions or potential transaction concerns to the appropriate principal broker or team leader. Ideal Candidate Hungry, ambitious, coachable, and highly self-motivated. Committed to building a long-term, full-time career in real estate. Responsive and willing to take action when opportunities arise. Confident working with clients while remaining compassionate, patient, and service-minded. Skilled at communicating, negotiating, problem-solving, and managing multiple deadlines. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities. Able to work independently while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment. Comfortable using technology, social media, electronic contracts, client-management systems, and digital marketing tools. Receptive to feedback, training, accountability, and professional development. Knowledgeable about the local market or committed to learning it quickly. Willing to prospect, build relationships, follow up consistently, and create new business rather than waiting for opportunities to appear. Accurately document client communication and maintain organized transaction and lead records using team-approved systems. Deliver a high level of service that encourages repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Previous real estate, sales, negotiation, hospitality, or client-service experience. Familiarity with Oregon real estate contracts and the residential purchase process. Experience hosting open houses, generating leads, or creating social media content. Established knowledge of Eugene, Springfield, Lane County, and surrounding Oregon communities. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and the ability to travel for showings and appointments. What Success Looks Like A successful TrackTown Buyer's Agent consistently follows up, converts opportunities, communicates proactively, meets contractual deadlines, supports fellow team members, represents the brand professionally, and makes every client feel informed and cared for. This agent is willing to do the work, remain accountable, continue learning, and build a business based on relationships, trust, and results.
