Co-Owner | Developer Position Summary The Real Estate Closing Coordinator will manage the administrative and logistical process of real estate transactions from contract execution through closing for the Summit townhome project. This role serves as the central point of contact between buyers, agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure every closing is accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule. Key Responsibilities Track all active contracts and closing timelines across the Summit project, flagging deadlines (inspection, financing, appraisal, closing dates) before they become issues Prepare, review, and organize closing documents, disclosures, and title/escrow paperwork for accuracy and completeness Serve as liaison between buyers, real estate agents, lenders, title/escrow companies, and legal counsel throughout the transaction Coordinate scheduling of closings, walkthroughs, and signings Maintain and update the transaction management system/CRM with current status on every file Ensure compliance with state real estate regulations, HOA requirements, and company policies Communicate proactively with buyers regarding required documents, deadlines, and closing logistics Resolve title issues, document discrepancies, or scheduling conflicts as they arise Prepare closing packages and post-closing file archiving Support the sales/project team with reporting on pipeline and closing status Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experienced licensed Realtor and/or paralegal - preferred 1-3+ years of experience in real estate closing coordination, title/escrow, mortgage processing, or transaction coordination Familiarity with purchase agreements, title commitments, and closing disclosures Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar) and MS Office/Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously under deadline pressure Real estate license or notary certification a plus (not required) Work Environment Virtual position. Pay Recommendation Based varies based upon experience. This is a independent contractor position.Pay:
