$235,000-$310,000, commensurate with experience + bonus About the Practice This is an Am Law Global 100 firm with one of the largest and most highly regarded real estate platforms in the country. The Real Estate Practice is consistently ranked among the nation's elite by Chambers USA (Band 1 Nationwide) and other leading directories. You'll join the real estate finance team in the New York office, working on sophisticated loan origination matters for financial institutions within a high-performing, nationally recognized practice. What's on Offer $235,000-$310,000, commensurate with experience + bonus Hybrid work arrangement based in the New York office Direct exposure to sophisticated real estate and asset-based lending work Collaboration across a large national and global real estate platform High-visibility matters for financial institution clients of all sizes What You'll Be Doing Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending transactions, with a focus on loan origination Draft and negotiate loan documents and related financing agreements Handle due diligence, closings, and transaction management Work with lenders and, where relevant, developers on purchase, sale, and financing matters Support complex real estate lending deals from start to finish What They're Looking For 2-4 years of experience representing financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending (loan origination focus) Experience representing developers on real estate purchase, sale, and financing matters a plus Strong academic credentials, communication, and client service skills New York bar admission required
