Full Job Description Real Estate Finance Associate Location:
Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Our client, a well-regarded national law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its Dallas office. This role will focus on matters involving real estate finance and middle-market commercial lending , offering strong mentorship and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative team.
What You'll Work On:
Advising clients on real estate finance transactions Supporting middle-market commercial and industrial lending matters Drafting and negotiating loan agreements and related financing documentation Working on both syndicated and bilateral lending transactions Communicating with clients and transaction parties throughout the deal lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
3-4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or middle-market lending Experience with syndicated or bilateral loan transactions is preferred but not required Strong academic credentials Excellent legal drafting and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced transactional environment
