In this vital role, you will support property management activities, coordinate leasing processes, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in property management and community development. Duties Assist in managing property leasing activities, including scheduling viewings, processing applications, and coordinating lease agreements Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other legal requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation Handle tenant inquiries with professionalism via phone and email, providing timely information about rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease terms Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management tasks, ensuring timely repairs and adherence to safety standards Conduct data entry, filing, and recordkeeping related to contracts, legal documents, rent rolls, and tenant files to ensure organized documentation Assist with rent collection processes, upselling additional services or amenities to tenants when appropriate to enhance resident satisfaction Support conflict management efforts by mediating tenant concerns and facilitating resolution in accordance with landlord-tenant law Skills Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to leases, contracts, landlord-tenant law, and Fair Housing regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through data entry, filing, and office administrative experience Conflict management skills with a focus on positive resolutions that uphold legal standards Knowledge of facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the real estate industry while developing their expertise in property management operations.
