Requirements:

MUST HAVE NATIONAL ESCROW/PROCESSING EXPERIENCE

Prepare and Balance CD (Closing Disclosures) and/or ALTA settlement statements accurately. Comprehensive understanding of calculating tax prorations, pay offs, per diems & interest etc. Obtain, analyze and organize all necessary documents needed to process closing packages. Verify all title requirements are cleared. (clear if necessary) Attend and manages real estate closings. Aptitude to balance workload while still providing exemplary customer service. Able to build strong partnerships with local investors, lenders, realtors, attorneys, Auction companies, etc. Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function of all positions. Education and Experience:

Completion of a High School diploma Minimum of 4 years experience in escrow/loan processing/document preparation Minimum 4 year experience in Title/Escrow Experience with Qualia is helpful, but not required Michigan Notary We offer a competitive compensation and outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, training, and opportunity for growth.
