New York, NY Experience Required:

1+ year of Trusts & Estates experience. Experience in estate planning and estate administration. Experience drafting estate planning documents. Knowledge of estate and gift tax laws appropriate to class year.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sophisticated estate planning and administration matters. Assist with estate and gift tax matters. Draft and review estate planning and related documents. Support trust and estate controversy matters. Work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Take increasing responsibility for client matters.

Required Qualifications:

New York Bar admission. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage sophisticated client matters and assume increasing responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning. Experience with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid:

3 days per week in the office.

Salary:

$205,000 - $225,000 annually.
