Duties Assist in collecting and organizing data related to real estate properties, market conditions, and demographic trends using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools. Support quantitative research efforts by analyzing property performance metrics, financial statements, and market data. Contribute to financial analysis tasks such as evaluating property cash flows, calculating return on investment, and supporting financial modeling activities. Help prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations that summarize findings for internal teams and stakeholders. Participate in real estate appraisal processes by supporting valuation assessments based on market comparables and income approaches. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field. Strong foundation in math, financial concepts, and analytical thinking. Experience with financial software such as Excel or specialized real estate analysis tools. Knowledge of construction processes and construction-related data collection is a plus. Excellent written communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and documentation.
