Job Description
Regional business law firm with 40 attorneys is seeking a mid to senior level associate with real estate and lending experience to join the firm's Transactional Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing and ability to independently handle transaction components. This position offers an opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with an experienced team representing developers, investors and lenders in complex and unique real estate transactions. Prerequisites include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, strong academic credentials, 5+ years of experience and admission to the Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts Bar Associations.
