Responsibilities include:

Showing homes to buyers Conducting apartment showings Opening homes for listing appointments Meeting appraisers Meeting home inspectors Attending inspection appointments Conducting final walk-throughs Hosting open houses Leading full buyer property tours Picking up commission checks Making keys Running occasional business errands, etc. Helping ensure every property is secured before leaving You notice the little things… Lights off. Requirements Active Rhode Island Real Estate License Your License(s) will transfer to Peace of Mind Real Estate Referral Company LLC Reliable vehicle Clean driving record Valid Active Driver's License Smartphone, comfortable texting and working on the computer Comfortable driving up to approximately 60 miles from Woonsocket, RI Available days, evenings, and weekends Able to work independently Excellent communication skills Schedule This is an on-demand, part-time position.

Typical workload:

Minimum approximately 3 hours per week Usually 12-36 hours per month During busy periods, expect 9-12 hours per week Because real estate happens when clients are available, flexibility is important. Compensation W-2 Employee $25/hour Mileage reimbursement MLS assistant access paid by the company (no association dues required) $500 bonus for each transaction that closes after you've serviced the showings Eligible to earn referral income through our referral company for qualified referrals This is not a commission sales position. Instead, you'll earn dependable hourly income while still sharing in the success of the transactions you help make possible.
