In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for leasing inquiries, property tours, and lease negotiations across multiple sites. Your expertise in property management tools, legal compliance, and exceptional customer service will drive occupancy rates and foster positive resident relationships. This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales skills and administrative proficiency can truly shine, contributing to the overall success of our property portfolio. Duties Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing comprehensive information about available units and community amenities Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting features that meet prospective tenants' needs and preferences Manage lease or rental agreement processes using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards Negotiate lease terms with applicants while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests through data entry and filing systems Collaborate with team members to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing resident services while managing conflict resolution professionally Assist with budgeting, rent collection, Section 8 voucher processing, LIHTC compliance, and other financial activities related to property leasing Requirements Proven experience in property management or leasing roles, preferably with multisite responsibilities Strong knowledge of Yardi or similar property management tools; familiarity with Landlord-Tenant Law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC programs, and Section 8 housing is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective communication and negotiation abilities Administrative experience including data entry, filing, contract management, and office procedures Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and correspondence Experience in conflict management and client relationship management within a fast-paced environment Knowledge of property maintenance coordination and facilities management practices is a plus Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate colleagues and foster a collaborative work environment Join us in delivering exceptional housing experiences!
