Job Description

Simpson Housing LLLP seeks a Leasing Consultant to support our multifamily apartment communities. In this on-site role, you will tour prospects, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process while ensuring an exceptional resident experience. Responsibilities include managing applications, lease documentation, and renewals; accurately updating property management systems; and supporting marketing and outreach efforts to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You'll work in a professional, resident-focused, team-oriented environment with training, growth potential, and a stable career path in multifamily real estate. Responsibilities Greet prospects and conduct property and apartment tours, highlighting features and benefits. Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, converting leads to leases. Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease execution. Maintain accurate records in property management software and prepare leasing documentation. Support resident satisfaction through professional communication and service-oriented problem resolution. Assist with marketing, outreach, and online listings to drive traffic and occupancy. Track leasing activity, meet occupancy and revenue targets, and report on performance to management. Collaborate with on-site team members to ensure a well-maintained, welcoming community. Collect application fees and deposits in line with company and fair housing policies. Support move-in, move-out, and renewal processes to maximize retention and minimize vacancy.
